If weather conditions permit, Minister for Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation Kulman Ghising<\/strong> and Minister for Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation Om Prakash Aryal<\/strong> will depart for Ilam. The ministers are scheduled to fly from Kathmandu to Bhadrapur, Jhapa, via a regular flight and then take a helicopter to reach Ilam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The devastating rainfall of October 4 (Ashoj 18)<\/strong> has so far claimed 37 lives<\/strong> in Ilam. Dozens remain injured and missing.
