Monsoon to Remain Active in Nepal for 30 More Hours

The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has stated that the monsoon is expected to remain active in Nepal for another 30 hours.

Based on the analysis of the current monsoon system and its possible spread over the next 36 hours, the department has predicted that the monsoon will remain active in most areas of Bagmati, Gandaki, Madhes, and Koshi provinces.

According to the department, the most significant impact of the active monsoon will be seen in Bagmati and Madhes. The department has also urged people living in riverbank areas to move to safer locations.
