Another Complaint Filed Against Mayor Balen Shah and Hami Nepal Founder Sudan Gurung

Another complaint has been lodged against Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balen Shah and Hami Nepal founder Sudan Gurung. Yuvaraj Paudel (Saphal) filed the complaint through postal service on Wednesday to the Kathmandu District Police Range, which, according to sources, has already received it. The complaint seeks an investigation under Section 50(1) of the Criminal Code, 2074, which pertains to offenses related to treason. Two of the road sections connecting Hetauda and Kathmandu, which had been blocked due to continuous rainfall, have reopened this morning. In Tripurasundari Rural Municipality–5 of Dhading, a 55-year-old woman, Ram Maya Kandel, was murdered by her son, according to police.
