Gold Price Hits Record High in Nepal

The price of gold in Nepal has reached a new record. On Sunday, the price of gold increased by NPR 7,400 per tola in a single day.

Before the Dashain holiday, on Ashoj 12, gold was traded at NPR 223,200 per tola. On Sunday, the price rose to NPR 230,600 per tola, marking the highest ever value.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders’ Association, silver prices have also risen. On Sunday, silver increased by NPR 120 per tola, reaching NPR 2,930 per tola.
