Flood in Roshi River Washes Away BP Highway Diversion, Road Fully Blocked

Continuous rainfall has caused flooding in the Roshi River, which has swept away the temporary diversion constructed along the BP Highway. With the diversion destroyed, the highway has been completely obstructed, cutting off the federal capital Kathmandu from the eastern Terai and hill districts.
