The tradition of receiving Dashain Tika continues today on Ashwin Shukla Dwadashi. Heavy rainfall since Friday evening has blocked the Narayangadh–Muglin and Muglin–Naubise road sections. According to the District Police Office, Chitwan, landslides occurred at Tuin Khola in Chitwan and Jawang Khola in Dhading, bringing vehicular movement on both roads to a complete halt. Police reported that from 6:00 AM Saturday, major road connections through Chitwan, Dhading, and Tanahun have remained disrupted.
